Hi, gang! I’m taking a day off from posting today. Instead of sending you new info, I’m letting you know about a few odds and ends here on my blog . . . .
- I’ve gotten several requests to guest post on this blog. I finally have my guidelines for guest posting put into writing. I hope you’ll take a look and then let me know if there’s something you would like to write about. I’m happy to introduce you to our community here at Private Practice from the Inside Out!
- And, if you aren’t quite ready to share your wise words with everyone else, then perhaps this is a good time to remind you that The Knowledge Market is this evening. If you’ve got questions about marketing your private practice online, here’s your chance to talk with me or Beth Hayden and get free advice and information ! You can register right here. Do it now!
- And, finally, so many of you have requested to be notified about running conversations on the blog that I’ve had a plugin installed that will allow you to do so. At then end of comments, you can sign up to be notified by email whenever someone adds to the particular conversation that you are interested in. (You might want to go back to the Social Media LoveFest for Mental Health Professionals and Coaches to get notified when others add or update their info and websites.) I’m hoping we see the conversations just get meatier and meatier!
I’m having a bit of a technical glitch on the website today but hopefully, by Thursday, I’ll be back on track!

Sweet! Pitch some ideas to me, if you wish, Jill, and I’ll be happy to help you fine tune one! Always good to have your voice and wisdom here!

I’m always up for a challenge so I may have to come up with a guest blog post.
Tamara Suttle says
Excellent, Pam! Consider yourself challenged and feel free to pit your ideas ahead of time if you want to make sure no one else has beat you to it! Looking forward to what you come up with!

Hey there terrific website! Does running a blog similar to this require a great deal of work?
I’ve very little expertise in coding but I had been hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyway, should you have any ideas or techniques for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off topic but I simply needed to ask. Appreciate it!

Hi, Desiree! I’ve just started teaching a beginning bloggers class. You can find out the details and register here at BlogStart for Therapists. I’ll be teaching a more advanced course on blogging (12 weeks total) a little later in the year.
Once the blog is set up, the maintenance and actual blogging is pretty simple to do. I’m tech-challenged so payed someone else to set up the initial sites for me.
